Spiritual Accompaniment offers a safe space for you to explore your relationship with Spirit, and with Life.
It can be hard to keep our spirits up, in a world of crisis and of war. Reconnect with the source of love, of hope and of faith within you.
Are you looking for something to support your spiritual health, your spiritual practice and your spiritual development? Are circumstances are calling you to examine issues of meaning, purpose and connection in your life? Are you curious about spiritual ideas or experiences that have arisen in your life and want to find out more? Are your struggling with a crisis of hope or of trust in life?
Spiritual Accompaniment offers an opportunity to explore your relationship with your sense of the sacred, by whatever name you call it, and to investigate what comes between you and your essential self, or between you and your idea of the divine. In the process, you may gain insight into how your life is patterned or conditioned and find a deeper sense of freedom.
Spiritual Accompaniment is a deep listening process. Together, we create a shared sacred space that supports you in listening to yourself, making deeper connections with who you are, with what you truly need and with what resources you.
Spiritual Accompaniment, is not a therapy or treatment. It starts from the premise that there is nothing wrong with you and you don’t need fixing. Sessions will often include some guided relaxation or meditation. While many people find spiritual accompaniment sessions profoundly supportive and transformative, I am not trained or registered as a counsellor or psychotherapist and am not offering therapy.
