Qigong Day with Dominic Hill

Join us on Saturday 4th February for a day of Qigong at Bridge Farm.

Dominic is a senior student of Zhixing Wang and an inspired teacher of Dao Hua Qigong. His teaching focuses on the qi transmission, using simple forms and meditation. Email me to sign up.

The day runs from 10am to 4pm. Bring a blanket or cushion to sit on and lunch to share. Minimum donation £10.

Three Treasures Qigong Camp

Living Non Violence

In conjunction with One Spirit Interfaith Foundation I will be leading a course on Non Violence starting on May 29th. The course will be in two parts – six free webinars on a Monday evening from May 29th to July 3rd, followed by an optional weekend retreat from July 7th – 9th. Details to follow.
